Finally putting my final project up

Sorry everyone! I know it's been two months since finals, but here's my book arts final as it was displayed in the Decker library. More pictures, BETTER pictures, to come.

The book forms an 8-pointed star when it's spread out. 8 on its side is the symbol for infinity, and tombs and baptisteries have always had 8 sides in many different cultures. 8 is a significant number for many reasons, but most often 8 somehow signifies eternity. For my project, I dissected a medical dictionary (ha! get it?!) into an 8-pointed star to portray a modern means of reaching eternity.
